Vendome certainly has a glamourous and somewhat groundbreaking design in comparison to most West End clubs. The cosmetic overhaul is certainly a refreshing change from the venue's former incarnation (Pangaea), although it made me feel rather claustrophobic. However, with drinks priced as extortionately as they are and table reservations that require minimum spends of £1000, I'm guessing that it'll be the sequel to Movida - attracting WAGs, footballers, bankers and their cosmetically enhanced, conspicuously designer-clad female admirers - which to me is simply dull.
