Worst restaurant I have ever been too! My food was poor quality and the portion size was pathetic! Our waiter was lovely but when I spoke to the manager I have never been so angry in my life at someones inability to rectify the situation! At the time I was a restaurant manager and have worked in the industry myself for a number of years and have never spoke to anyone with such arrogance. To top it off our waiter apologised for his manager and told us it was his last shift as he couldn't take it anymore! Says it all!

Had a wonderful birthday night out here with my friends and we all had the best time! Service was great and the shared platters were a huge hit especially with the lads in our group. Just a lovely place to spend an evening, vibrant and fun and just the tonic after a week in work! Friendly staff and resonable prices, we are all coming back here for another party soon.

not one bad thing to say about this place, we had a wonderful time here for my friends birthday, the staff and the food were excellent, lovely atmosphere and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door.

Service was good and staff were very friendly, however the food was shocking. We avoided the starters (thank god!) but had onion rings on the side. Onion rings were basically overcooked bland batter with onion paste inside. My burger was tasty enough but as it was roughly a quarter of the size of the bun it was packed out with cheese and lettuce. Chips were soggy and had 'eyes' in them (usually indicating poor quality/old potatoes). The worst was my wifes meat 'feast' pizza. It was laughable. A few scatterings of processed ham and chicken on top of something resembling a £1 frozen supermarket pizza, covered with dried parsley (there was dried parsley all over everything!). £10.95! Then onto desserts (£4 each). My wife had strawberrys (at least a day old and dry as a bone) and ice cream (frozen), whilst I had an extremely small portion of key lime cheese cake (frozen solid). Total bill with drinks (a lager and a coke) £44! My wife and I couldn't help discussing our visit all weekend, we felt as though we had been robbed! For these prices you could have a nice dinner in a decent restaraunt. Stay well away!

My husband and I visited this restaurant on our anniversary. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was excellent, and the food was lovely. Would recommend the share platter as a starter to anyone. Hoping to have dinner there soon. Thank you.

Went recently for relatives birthday, ordered Chicken double mushroom-which SHOULD come with salad, cajun coleslaw, breaded mushrooms and chips, also on a bed of green beans, onions and mange tout.

The dish was brought to me as just chicken and chips-very, very disappointing as it cost £10.95.

Also my partner ordered a burger which at first did look impressive until he took a bite and it was raw in the middle.

Staff apologised and removed the price of the burger from our bill but didint seem happy about our complaint.

We will not be returning which is a shame as Louisiana used to be serve very nice food.

The Bugers here are excellent. My husbands favourite place for a burger.
The Meatballs, Steak and Cajun Chicken and BBQ Ribs are also really good and the service is always very friendly.
Very reasonable prices and I would recommend that anyone tries it at least once.
