The new management at this pub allow known drug users in and allow them to roll their cannabis joints inside and smoke them just outside the side door. The pool table area is out of sight and all sorts of unsavoury things happen. The new management from 2012/2013 think that people are "allowed to roll cigarettes" and this place is not child friendly as the drug users do it in front of children and think its okay.
There is no food served and no play area anymore. Marstons have been told about this but the area manager and regional managers are quite skittish about it all and have a laugh with the owners. I wouldn't bother if I was you. It's going downhill rapidly and no one is bothered.

Pub is best avoided as there is a hardcore of oldish alcoholics who inhabit the top bar and they tend to look down on people when they are the ones sat in this dosshole day and night. The god damn hypocrisy of it all is laughable.
