A most original film (although its jaded view of modern life brings to mind some of Jacques Tati's films)! The intimate portrayal of a close, loving family is utterly charming and almost believable - certainly it's crazy enough to be a normal family.
I enjoyed it a lot but agree that it's actually quite dark and unsettling.
Stay for the credits to appreciate the massive Bulgarian involvement in the making of this film.
