A truly brilliant local pub for anyone and everyone. Fully diverse in age groups and there is always a friendly enviroment.
I perfect place for a summer drink outside or a warming couple by the fire in winter. The Emmott is an excellent pub all year round with friendly and hospitable staff and great customers.

I cannot recommend this pub highly enough.

Poor food quality as it is now all microwaved rubbish. "fresh salad" not too fresh in my opinion.

Only one good staff member, but unfortunatley he is leaving. Pub opens at 12ish Mid-day and last orders for 11.

Although children are welcomed my kids were receiving dirty looks from the staff and other customers. Poor management and rarely seen.

Very low on the hygiene front and no disabled access, sorry dad. Bitter .... £1.41.... Lager..... £1.67.... dirty looks .... Priceless

From April 2009 new managers took over the Emmott Arms in Rawdon. These very polite and hard working managers have turned the pub around and even got the brewery to refurbish the pub. The Emmott Arms pub has been a pub since the 1760s. The interior is victorian in design with local historic pitures decorating the walls. It has two rooms. The tap room, that welcomes dogs and thier owners. Also the place to play dominos and darts. The lounge is for the posh folk and where the food is served. The Emmotts is a great place to dine. A new menu, tasty food and at reasonable prices. Lunch is served 12-2pm Monday to Friday. The drinks are the cheapest you will ever find in Yorkshire! The staff are all very friendly.

They do a great Quiz night which starts at 9pm every Thursday night and the winning team wins a gallon of beer or lager. Any bad reviews before this and after my review then please take no notice. This old traditional village pub is now a great pub and ideal for a great night out without any trouble. Pub age group: 30 upwards.
