The pub is situated in a nice area of Leeds. and it ends there.

Interior is very out dated an in need of a good clean along with the exterior which could do with a lick of paint and some weed killer.

I dare say with the right tenants it could look respectful, very basic service is given which is in keeping with the establishment.
