Aviator

We have been in here a number of times. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The food is lovely and we dont have long to wait. We have a child aged 4 and the staff bring crayons n fun paper etc. I cannot fault this place- unlike the Clothiers up high street where you get attacked by flies and a dreadful smell of sewage.

dreadful service, waitress messed our order twice. no apology from the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. no people skills whatsoever. also, stank of cigerettes and had was chewing food whilst talking to us. disgusting.

This bar has a childs menu and claims to be a child friendly bar but on visiting it with friends and children we were appalled by the service.

There were several comments made about keeping the children making it like a wacky warehouse by staff.

We were served my meal as a starter, no apology was made as I had to sit with my meal whilst everyone else waited half an hour.

After the children finished their meal and I requested that they bring up their ice creams we had to wait half an hour!!! for them to come.

The member of staff who brought up the ice creams this late having told me they would be five minutes didn't even apologise.

They have some of the rudest staff with no customer service skills whatsever!!!!!!!!!
