This is a super old fashioned cask ale drinking house there are not many of these about today. The decor is in keeping and there is no pool table or duke box blaring out.
The beer was excellant and the service first rate with such friendly bar staff, Felt very relaxed and comfortable in this good clean public house
There are also bedrooms upstairs which you can rent out for the night, i asked to see them and was shown around. First class accomodation and if i was in the area again i would definately stay there
Good pub to get a decent pint in a nice atmosphere.
