Since the pub was taken over in August , there have been a lot of improvements. The pub's taps and fridges are now always fully stocked. There was huge effort by the new landlord and locals to clean the pub from top to bottom. Carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned. Resident dj Disco on Saturdays Quiz on Mondays Free function room Catering services for functions Sky on multiple screens All in all a big improvement!

Seriously poor pub. More often than not the beer you want isn't on.
I have been there and they had no lager on tap at all... Tried to sell me the nicer but much more expensive Becks in a bottle. Gave them the evil eye and left.
I'm not sure if they do food anymore but I once got sausage and chips there and they served it in a basket (fair enough) BUT then they gave me gravy.
IDIOTS.!!!.!!!! The locals are not too bad but you get the odd dodgy character. I will not be visiting this pub ever again.

The Eyrie is under new management, Eric and Stacey. There is a full menu seven days a week plus for the last seven weeks we have been here, our draught has always been in stock. Our aim now is to get the pub up to its full potential and sunday carvery will be coming back in the near future. please don't hesitate to come again and try the new services. -
