Chequers Inn

Food and drinks are pricey.
2 diet cokes, 1 orange juice, 2 white wines and 1 pint of beer = £17.45.
A piece of meat and mushroom pie and two roast potatoes (other veg is extra) = £10.95.
For a desert expect to pay between £6.55 and £7.95.

Admittedly the food was nice but not that nice.

Total bill for six people (one drink, main course and desert each) = £120.85. That is a very expensive midday meal.

The quality can be found elsewhere at two thirds of the price and much cheaper drinks. A pub in Gods own county charging London prices.

As you may have guessed, no, we will not be revisiting or recommending The Chequers Inn at Ledsham.

had a meal here with some family last week and it was really god. the service was brilliant and the people were lovely. We are sure to be going back again soon.
