Poor service, poor food, poor experience! Over priced food!

From the onset a very poor experience. I waited 15 min before being even noticed. I was then provided with what must be the worst seating in the restaurant, and when I asked for another seat, I was told they were fully booked until 10, this at 4:30pm!!! Where these phantom guests sat I do not see as many seats were free and unoccupied when we left. The service was incredibly poor and the food matched. The food did not taste fresh! When I asked for a custom Italian dish, they could not oblige. The waiter was more concerned with his Rolex watch, than seating and taking orders. The food was overpriced and extremely disappointing, I would not recommend this to my enemy, though on seconds thoughts I might. Left disappointed and a poor way to finish off the weekend.

Booked a table for 6.15 this evening to take my daughter out for dinner. Arrived - no table, but apparently it would only be a few minutes because the people on our table are just finishing.

No problem, except for the fact that others without reservations had been let in, and there were two tables for two standing empty - but apparently these were booked!

Totally unacceptable service from a haughty restaurant manager. Apparently the food is excellent at Gusto's.

Me and my family will never know, because we walked out and will not be going back. Had a fantastic meal at Chevin Lodge instead.

I always come back to this one. The staff make it a great experience.

Its rare that you go to a restaurant and feel like the staff there love the job they do.

Food nice- always one for the 6oz fillet! I highly recommend!

Food portions fairly small for the cost but taste more than makes up for it!
