Me and my friend went to the restaurant on Monday to experience the fajita night it was fab 9.99 ech and cause we both had a meal we got a free bottle of wine. It was great loved the food and great service as we had a lovely waiter. In fact as we dont live far thinking of making it a regular thing see you next week.
What a lovely restaurant!!Compared to similar restaurants, eg, Frankie and Benny's, Louisiana gives a much more personal service, with staff attending to our needs, the manager even approached us to have a chat and say hello!!After such a warm welcome, the food did NOT disappoint, I had the Rib and Wings and was more than satisfied with the meal!!After finding room to squeeze in a delicious dessert (hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream!!) we moved up to the bar area to finish our drinks in our own time!!We had a lovely evening, i would recommend this place to anyone!!
My visit to Shanti was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to others. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The food was excellent! Brilliant value for money, you get plenty of food for what you pay! Overall, a lovely night out and we will be returning very soon! Keep up the good work!
where can i start talking about this place we were looking for lunch with 6 of my colleagues we didn't know were to go then we decided to have indian and then we chose this restaurant for work Christmas do...as we arrived the waitress informed us that the indian meal is only served after 5pm we were disappointed at this point we wanted to have a drink and leave but the manager came and said he will cook indian for our party we were surprised and we said we will try out the food and we ordered indian meal .....we were impressed that the food was great and the service was at the best we had great time till the end we had good cocktails and there was so many different offers and the manager took 1 step ahead in service to please us, i have eaten indian food in so many restaurant but this was amazing and surely recommended to others

We were served by the manager, The service was extremely slow despite the fact that the establishment was not busy. The starters took a long time to get to us and were cold. The drinks got to us after the starters. We had to remind anotherr waiter about our drinks. There were four of us and two of the four mains were wrong. Being on our lunch break we did not have the time to wait for the meals to be replaced - food quality, not good , honestly I've had better curry from kebab shops. The service was poor, the manager was at another table talking to two ladies. No one topped up our wine or asked for drink refills. not asked for desserts either. Only other time we saw the manager at our table was when we asked for the bill. The quality of service did not warrant a tip or service charge, so we only paid for the drink and meals. This manager seems to be well rehearsed in apologising, with the low quality of service he personally provided us it was no wonder. As an accountant I'm assuming that this restaurant is part of a large corporation that's planning to use this as a tax write off as there is no way this establishment can survive in today's competitive market with it's poor quality service and mediocre food.
what a trendy indian restaurant! not your average curry house thats for sure. The food was brilliant too.
